What we store

• Your email address, to send sign-in links and identify your account.
• Sign-in sessions, stored as hashes of random tokens so you stay signed in.
• Your plan: subscription status, billing interval and renewal date, as reported by our payment provider, Polar.

What we don’t store

• Your audio. Tracks are decoded, analyzed and rendered on your device, in your browser, and are never uploaded.
• Card details. Payments are processed by Polar; our servers never see your card.

Service providers

• Polar (payments, receipts and sales tax), Resend (sign-in emails), Railway (hosting), Google Fonts (web typography).

Deleting your account

Email support@visualinst.com from the address on your account and we will delete your account, sessions and subscription records. Polar may keep payment records where the law requires it.
