Who handles payments

Polar (polar.sh) is the merchant of record for Visualinst. Polar processes your payment, issues your receipts, collects sales tax and handles refunds. Our servers never see your card.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account page under Manage billing. You won’t be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Asking for a refund

Email support@visualinst.com from the address on your account, or contact Polar at support@polar.sh with the order details from your receipt. Refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method, under the Polar Buyer Terms.

This doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
